I’m proud to share with you an article of mine which got featured in Thrive Global. Thrive Global was founded by Arianna Huffington. Yup, you got it, the powerhouse lady who founded the Huffington Post, has written 15 books, and was named one of the world’s 100 most influential people, alongside making it to the Forbes Most Powerful Women list. She’s one of those ladies who you can only look up to. Alongside other things, Arianna is also a firm believer in well-being and good sleep 🙂

So as you can imagine, when I got the chance to contribute to her platform Thrive Global, I was super excited to say the least! And who else would I share that joy with, if not my late grandmother, the woman who gave her life to her family, and has made me the woman I am today.
